If you have trouble getting to and from our office for your child’s appointments, call our office to speak with Angie! She will see if you qualify for PT1 (Provider Requests for Transportation). PT1 Transportation will pick you up from home and bring you to our office to scheduled appointments, and home again.
You can also call 2-1-1 or visit massgov211.org to learn how to find transportation to medical appointments, food pantries, trips to court or job interview.
