Fairview Pediatrics Wins Two MHQP Patient Experience Awards

MHQP Patient Experience Award 2019Fairview Pediatrics is among the top pediatric primary care practices in the state recognized for best-in-class patient experience, based on the results of an annual statewide survey conducted by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP).

The MHQP Patient Experience Awards is an annual awards program introduced last year by MHQP, a non-profit measurement and reporting organization that brings together providers, health plans, and patients to improve the quality of patient care experiences in Massachusetts. MHQP conducts the only statewide survey of patient experience in primary care in Massachusetts, with feedback from over 60,000 commercially-insured patients across the state.

Dr. James Bell, Dr. Amy Pelletier, and Korinne Furgal accept the MHQP AwardFairview Pediatrics received recognition for the following awards in the Pediatric practice group:

  • Distinction in Patient-Provider Communications
  • Distinction in How Well Providers Know Their Patients
